Who processes your data

What data I collect
Only the data you enter in the contact form yourself or send me in a message:
- your full name,
- email address or phone number,
- your line of business,
- the services you are interested in and the text of your message.
Why I use it
I use the data only to reply to your enquiry and send you an offer. The legal basis is your request to receive information and an offer before a contract is made, and the consent you give by sending the form. I do not sell or rent out your data, and I do not use it for advertising messages without your permission.
Who else has access
Messages from the form reach me through an email delivery service and are stored in my mailbox with my hosting provider. These services process the data only on my behalf and in line with this policy.
How long I keep it
For as long as I'm in contact with you, and at most 12 months after the last message. If you become my client, I keep the data for as long as I work for you and as long as the law requires.
Your rights
At any time, you can:
- ask to see the data I hold about you,
- ask me to correct or delete your data,
- ask me to restrict processing, or withdraw your consent.
Just email me at info@tvojonlinepartner.rs. If you believe your rights have been violated, you can file a complaint with the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.
