How long does it take?
A website or a video ad is ready in 3 to 7 days from when I receive your business info, photos and logo (if you have one). For a shop, small or larger, the deadline is agreed in advance, since it depends on the number of products.
What if I don't like it?
Nothing goes live until you approve it. The price of a website and of every video ad includes 2 rounds of changes. For 30 days after your site launches, I fix any error for free, and I fix errors in an ad's text or subtitles for free even later.
Do you guarantee more customers?
No. I guarantee what I make: a website and video ads that work, on the agreed deadline, with 2 rounds of changes. How many customers they bring also depends on your offer, your prices and how regularly you post. That's why I don't promise numbers.
Who decides how the website and video ads look?
You do. Before I start, you tell me what you like: colors, fonts and style, and you can also send examples you like. I suggest what fits your business, but the decision is yours, and 2 rounds of changes are included.
What happens after 12 months of All in one?
The website is then fully yours. You can continue the package for €60 per month (the website build is paid off), switch to maintenance only, or stop working with me.
What if I stop before 12 months?
The website becomes yours only once you've paid for 12 months of All in one. If you stop earlier, I take the website down and delete it.
Is maintenance required?
A website needs hosting and a domain to work, and both are included in maintenance from €20 per month. If you don't want maintenance, I hand the site over to you for free to put on your own hosting, and you then pay for hosting and domain yourself.
I already have a website. Can I get the package without the build?
If I built your site, All in one without the build is €60 per month, from the first month. For a site someone else built, the price is agreed once I've looked at it.
Who changes prices and photos on the site?
I do. With Standard maintenance, you send me a message saying what needs to change and I take care of it, up to 1 hour of edits per week. With Basic maintenance, edits are €20 per hour.
Can customers book appointments through the website?
Yes. If you work by appointment (salon, hairdresser, beautician, repair shop), I add online booking through Buker to your website at no extra cost. I open the account in your name and set up your services, staff and opening hours, and after that you see and change bookings in Buker, on your phone or computer. If you work alone, Buker is free. For a salon with more staff, Buker has paid plans, so before I start, I tell you which one pays off best.
Do your prices include VAT?
I'm not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to my prices.
What exactly is included in basic SEO?
Titles and descriptions for every page, text with the right keywords, a fast mobile-friendly site, a sitemap for Google and help with your Google Business Profile. Advanced SEO and paid Google ads are available by agreement.
Do I need my own footage for a video ad?
No. I can make a fully animated ad. If you have clips from your phone, I'll use them too.
What formats do you make video ads in?
Vertical 9:16 for social media and horizontal 16:9 in Full HD (1920×1080) for YouTube.
Whose name is the domain in?
Yours. I register it and pay for it while your maintenance runs. If you ever leave, the domain stays with you.
Do you build online shops?
Yes. A small shop with up to 30 products is €420, and a larger online shop starts from €520. The exact price depends on the number of products and what you need.
How do I pay for maintenance?
You pay for maintenance monthly or yearly, and paying yearly gets you 2 months free.
