Yes. With an app from your website, maintenance is required, from €10 per month. If your app needs more complex maintenance, the price is agreed before work starts. Google requires an update every year, and without it the app disappears for new users. Maintenance also covers sending notifications and small changes.
The app is ready in 3 to 7 days. Then Google reviews it, usually within a few days. If your Google account is new and personal rather than a company account, Google first requires at least 12 people to test the app for 14 days. I'll help you with that too.
